This program help us to calculate mortgage, maximum loan amount, monthly and fortnightly repayments. Also analysis data which can be process budget preparation.

For Operational Management, they will collect external data to structure those accounts can receivable and payable

Middle Management level, they will make the decision in a short-term and use the data base to process analysis resource.

Senior Management level have to approving loans, evaluation, planning and requires judgment. It is very important strategic in the business.

    Sales and Finance departments need to coordinate from start to finish of the order-to-cash business process.

    The ERP software makes the work easier because the systems is looking for intergrated system to manage their business. One that is capable of managing daily operations, optimizing business processes, improving customer satisfaction and ultimately, increasing profits.

    The ERP Software can serve as the foundation or platform for decision support systems because it can provided enormous database and automating combine all date to anaylsis resource. It is very helpful for business processes.

    1. Your explanation for why ERP software serves as the foundation for DSS is a good one !

      Manufacturing, Procurement and Warehousing may also be involved in the Order-to-Cash business process in case the company needs to manufacture the products ordered.

      For the decision support systems mentioned, you only need to focus on ONE out of the FOUR to talk about. You may want to focus on HSBC mortgage planner and discuss specific decisions that may be made based on this tool, for example: "How much money should we borrow on this loan, and how much is the initial payment we should make ?" This would be based on the monthly payment, interest paid, number of months to pay, etc.
